The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had filed this petition seeking direction against the second Respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.1205 of 2019 pending on the file of the second Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions of the Respondent Police would submit that the second Respondent had completed the investigation and filed a final report before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai through e-filing.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
