ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 342 and 307 of I.P.C., in Crime No. 283 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail on 04.08.2015 by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14753 of 2015. Hence, this petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
