ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1078 of 2022 before the Mahila Court, Madurai and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 3.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
