2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondent.

Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Giramiya Kalainigalchi is scheduled to be held on 04.02.2021 in connection with Arulmigu Sri Pathira Kaliamman Temple festival at Keela Kadayam, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 27.01.2021 to the respondent and so far, no action has been taken by the respondent.

In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
