KANDASAMY, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate[Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 20.11.2016 onwards and the petitioner is a senior citizen.

3.Considering the above said fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
