ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.498 of 2017. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that investigation in Crime No.498 of 2017 is underway and seeks two months time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.498 of 2017 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
