ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent for taking suitable action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2025 against the 4th respondent and its group admin namely Ekta Gupta, by recovering our invested amount from them within the period that may be stipulated by this court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 05.12.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
