[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] The petitioner has filed the above habeas corpus petition to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents to produce the person or body of her husband, namely, A.Ponnudurai (48/2020), son of Andiyappan, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents.

3. When the habeas corpus petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have released the petitioner's husband, namely, A.Ponnudurai, son of Andiyappan, today (i.e.31.01.2020) and therefore, the relief sought for in this habeas corpus petition has become infructuous.
