Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired Special Sub Inspector of Police, seeking a mandamus to consider and dispose of the representation dated 07.10.2024, restoration of the pay and for re-fixation of the petitioner's pension and for repayment of the recovered amount of Rs.62,683/-.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the court that the representation of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024 has already been disposed of by way of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 27.01.2025 and a copy was also placed before this Court. 2/4
4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.
