3. The petitioner alleges that in survey No.269 which has been classified as water body, the temple is proposed to be illegally constructed. To prevent the same, the petitioner has given representation dated 18.12.2025 before the authorities concerned. The Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk has submitted in writing that survey No.269 has been classified as water body and that after conducting survey, it will be ensured that no constructions come up in the said water body. Recording the said undertaking given by the Tahsildar, Kadavur Taluk, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
