ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to erect fence around the land in Survey No.381 sitauted at Venthapatti, Chinnaiyampalayam, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the petitioner's complaint to the respondents 1 to 4 dated 25.02.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has preferred a complaint before the respondent police and that is being enquired into in CSR No.44 of 2019.

5. In view of the above submission, the fourth respondent is now directed to cause such enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to provide police protection to the petitioner enabling him to put up a fence around his land.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
