ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed direct the 2nd respondent to comply the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Eraniel in CMP.No.1654 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 and consequently register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and after completion of investigation, the second respondent police registered a case in Crime No.05 of 2021 and the same was also closed as 'action dropped'.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2547 of 2021 protest petition, against the referred charge sheet, in the manner known to law.
