ORDER

The present petition is filed to set aside the return endorsement made in copy application dated 27.02.2019 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and further direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi to issue a certified copy of remand rejection order relating to second accused dated 29.01.2019 in Crime No.11 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without getting into the merits of the matter directs the petitioner to apply before the concerned Magistrate Court, upon which the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the same and issue a certified copy of the remand report within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the said application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
