The petitioner is an accused. He wants this Court to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.276 of 2021. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that final report was filed on 24.06.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi.

3.The respondent shall make a personal verification, if the final report is available before the Court below. If it is not available, a fresh copy shall be filed forthwith and without any delay. The Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
