ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to direct the respondent police to complete the fair investigation and to file final report before the concerned trial Court in Crime No.6 of 2024 on the 1/3

file of the respondent police registered on 17.02.2024 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by the Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of Cases under the POSCO Act, Madurai by way of e.filing.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
