ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(aa) r/w.4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No. 133 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 20 litres of spirit.183 bottle of liquor each containing 180 ml.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and prayed for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the three previous cases are pending against the petitioner and opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
