The petitioner is the de-facto complainant. She wants this Court to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.363 of 2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that final report was filed on 19.12.2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rathapuram.

3.The second respondent shall verify if the said report is still available before the Court below. If it is not available, a fresh copy shall be substituted forthwith and without any delay.
