PRAYER IN RP(MD) No.SR14151 of 2017: Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.09.2016 passed in I.A.No.851 of 2015 in O.S.No.154 of 2013 on the file of Additional Sub-Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.There is an inordinate delay of 173 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid.
