Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the defacto complainant was returning in a two wheeler as a pillion rider, the petitioner and other accused pulled him down and scolded in filthy languages and attacked with a stick and stone and threatened him with dire consequences. Therefore, the defacto complainant has lodged the present complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged in the FIR.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
