This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.447 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.447 of 2021 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, on 25.12.2021 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
