ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) This appeal arises out of a suit for specific performance. 2.The learned Senior Counsel for the respondent / plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is in possession of the suit property and that the trial Court had granted the order of interim injunction in their favour. 3.If interim stay is not granted, the appeal would become infructuous. Hence, interim stay of the impugned decree is granted. However, the petitioner / appellant is restrained in any way alienating or encumbering the suit property.
