ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are shown as Accused Nos.1, 2, 5 and 6 in Crime No.70 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uthirkosamangai Police Station, Ramanathapuram District for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 450, 294(b), 324, 307, 109 of IPC and they seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl Side) appearing for the respondent.
3.The petitioners herein had earlier moved this Court seeking Anticipatory Bail by filing Crl.OP.(MD).Nos.184, 185 and 634 of 2018. This Court by order dated 31.01.2018 dismissed those petitions.
