ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by a driver working in the respondent transport corporation, seeking a mandamus to consider his representation dated 03.01.2025.
2. A perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner seeks for rectification of his salary discrepancies and payment of arrears from the date of appointment. The petitioner has further requested for promotion with retrospective effect and disbursement of withheld increment. However, no details have been furnished how his service conditions have been affected or how he has been paid reduced salary when compared to his batch mates.

In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the authorities giving particulars about the salary discrepancies and how his service conditions are affected. In case, if any such representation is made, the authorities are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law within period of period of eight (8) weeks from the date of his representation.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations and directions. No cost.
