This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.318 of 2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent as illegal. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli and the same is taken on file as P.R.C.No.540 of 2023 and then committed to the Court of Sessions in S.C.No.181 of 2024.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the final report, he is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
