This criminal original petition has been filed by one Chanthra seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.27 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) drew my attention to the fact that the petitioner's husband Mr.Rabindranth Tagore, had filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9379 of 2020 and that the same was dismissed on 23.09.2020 by a very detailed order. Crl.O.P(MD)No.1801 of 2022 this criminal original petition, it would amount to reviewing the earlier order dated 23.09.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9379 of 2020. I cannot do so. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
