ORDER

The above application is for a direction to the learned District Munsif, Uthamapalayam, to number the unnumbered FN O.S.No.469 of 2021.

2.A perusal of the original plaint would indicate that the plaint, which was filed on 01.12.2021, was returned for certain compliances on 06.12.202 and the same was re-presented on 05.012022. Thereafter, once again the learned Judge had returned it. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.The petitioner is directed to re-present the papers and the learned District Munsif, Uthamalayam, is directed to consider the same and number the plaint, if he is convinced with the answer to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(MD)No.111 of 2022 the queries raised by him or else the learned Judge shall call the matter in the open Court, hear the parties and thereafter, pass orders. The said exercise shall be done within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order as well as the original plaint.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5.The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after getting due acknowledgment.
