ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents and their men not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. Perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is having 46 previous cases and for that purpose the petitioner was called for enquiry.

4.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this "Not to harass" petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
