ORDER

The petitioner wants transfer of investigation from the second respondent police to any other competent authority. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's daughter, Jeyadevi, is found missing and a case has been registered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) submitted that the same Jeyadevi has approached this Court by filing a petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2853 of 2019 seeking police protection and the same is pending.

5.Inasmuch as the Investigation Agency knows the whereabouts of the petitioner's daughter, Jeyadevi, it may not be difficult for the second respondent to give a quietus to the complaint. 6.In view of the above, the Criminal original Petition is disposed of.
