Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The prayer in the writ petition is for opening the safety locker and store room of the petitioner society. It is stated that pursuant to the interim direction given by this Court, the safety locker and store room were opened and the jewels that were kept inside had been partly returned to the borrowers.
3. In my view, nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition is closed accordingly. No costs.
