ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was harassed by the first respondent under the guise of enquiry in Cr.No.85 of 2019, which came to be registered based on a complaint preferred by the third respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a case was registered against the petitioner's husband and to know the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, the respondent police merely enquired the petitioner. He further added that the respondent police is neither harassing the petitienor nor interested to harassing the petitioner whatsoever.

4.The said statement is recorded. If at all the second respondent is interested in interrogation or to hold enquiry as to the whereabouts of the petitioner's husband, the same shall be done only on summons. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed.
