ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.341 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District, to be transferred to Subordinate Court, Dindigul, on the ground that she is residing with her parents at Dindigul along with her 8 years old child. 1/4
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband, the husband is presently working in Chennai and it will be convenient for him, if the matter may be transferred to Madurai.
3. Considering the fact that the wife is the permanent resident of Dindigul and she is having 8 years old child, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
(i) H.M.O.P.No.341 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate court, Kovilpatti, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Dindigul, as prayed for.
(ii) The learned Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.341 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions is closed.
