ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing to admission on this day upon perusing the petition and the record in the case, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 24.8.2015. Therefore the CRP was dismissed for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner has filed CMP.NO.7901/2016 to condone the delay of 78 days in filing the restoration petition in the above Revision.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit this application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Further the petitioner has to comply with the order passed on 24.8.2015 within a period of one week from today.
