O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent dated 04.03.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a complaint on 04.03.2016 before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is pending.

4.In view of the submissions made by both parties, the second respondent is directed to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner on 04.03.2016 and during the course of enquiry, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent shall register a case and proceed further in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
