This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.09.2014 lodged with the 1st respondent, which was forwarded to the file of the 2nd respondent and initiate legal action against the proposed accused 3rd to 9th respondents.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2016, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the case was directed to be posted on 28.06.2016 (today) under the caption "For Dismissal" Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
