Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIVEK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition totally in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10727 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.580 of 2019, dated 17.12.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10727 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.580 of 2019, dated 17.12.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10727 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.580 of 2019, dated 17.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
