proceedings / Notice issued by the respondent dated 16.12.2024 in the Form of Notice for removal of encroachment in Form III under Rule 6(1) of Tamil Nadu Protection of Tanks and Eviction of Encroachment Rules, 2007 and quash the same as illegal and in violation of principles of natural justice.
