ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as her family members on the basis of her complaint to the first and second respondents, dated 19.02.2019. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police. 3.The petitioner submitted that she needs protection for her life and liberty at the hands of the third and fourth respondents. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted one Gnanadass, who is the son of third and fourth respondent is working aborad and whenever he returned to India, he used to stay with the facility of the petitioner, to which the respondents 3 and 4 taken investigation.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is known to have an affair with the respondents 3 and 4. If at all the petitioner faces any threat to her life and liberty, she is free to prefer a complaint before the second respondent, whereby, the second respondent shall cause only so much enquiry as is necessary to ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioner is protected.
