ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 19.12.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's husband by name Chandrasekar @ Suresh, during subsistence of the marriage with the petitioner had married another lady. With regard to that, the petitioner has already lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 18.10.2010 and CSR No.1930 of 2010 was issued, but so far no action being taken based on the said complaint and hence she lodged another complaint dated 02.03.2011. On that basis also no action has been taken and hence another complaint has been lodged on 19.12.2017, but so far no action being taken.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) has submitted that he will give instruction to the second respondent to verify
with regard to the CSR No.1930 of 2010 and also subsequent complaints given by the petitioner and take appropriate action.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to verify with regard to the CSR No.1930 of 2010 and also make enquiry with regard to the subsequent complaints given by the petitioner and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then the second respondent has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.
6. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
