Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to extend adequate police protection for lives and limbs of the petitioner and his family members as well as erecting the electric pole for electricity connection by Electricity Board to the petitioners property based on the complaint made by him before the respondents 1 and 2 on 30.05.2015.

O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to extend the police protection to the the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

2.Now, nearly 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
