This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.01.2020 in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeted accused against whom, there are 8 cases are pending before the Elanjembur Police Station and 3 cases are pending before the Muthukulathur Police Station and one case before the Kadaladi Police Station and one case before the Peraiyur Police Station and proceedings has also initiated against the petitioner in H.S.No.224 of 2015 and that the petitioner has been called for enquiry and other than enquiry the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.
