2. Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) accepts notice for the respondent.

3. Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that dance programme is scheduled to be held on 04.02.2021 in connection with Military Service completion ceremony at Erivayal Village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2021 to the second respondent and so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
