This Court earlier had directed the petitioner to pay the costs within a specific time. Since the order of this Court has not been complied with and cost memo has also not been filed, the matter is listed today.

2.In order to give one more opportunity, the petitioner is directed to pay the costs and file a cost memo as directed by this Court, on or before 22.08.2019.
