ORDER
The present petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.9 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation is in closing stage and that therefore, the respondent police will file the charge sheet shortly.
4.In view of the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet in Cr.No.9 of 2018 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
a copy of this order. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowed.
