This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 07.03.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed a copy of the First Information Report, in which the complaint given by the petitioner was registered in Crime No.60 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC., on the file of the second respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further direction. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
