PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of petition enquiry.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on a complaint, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass him. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
