PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR4860 of 2016:Civil Revision Petition against the fair and executable order dated 06/11/2015 passed in R.C.A.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Judge cum Rent Control Appellate Authority, Ramanathapuram confirming the fair and executable order dated 25/10/2013 passed in R.C.O.P.No.22 of 2010 on the file of the District Munsif cum Rent Conroller of Ramanathapuram.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.There is an inordinate delay of 380 days in re-presenting the Civil Revision Petition and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on

condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One thousand and five hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
