This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent and not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a letter submitted by both the parties, in which it is stated that the petitioner/complainant and the accused have agreed to settle the dispute between them within a period of fifteen days by measuring the property with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

assistance of the Surveyor, failing which, they can approach the competent Court to resolve their dispute and further, he submitted that by recording the said statement made by the parties, the compliant was closed by the second respondent police.

4. Recording the above said statement, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
