ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.407 of 2017, dated 07.07.2017 and to file final report.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate submits that the investigation is in closing stage and that therefore, the respondent police will file the charge sheet shortly. 4.In view of the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet in Cr.No.407 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is allowed.
