This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 18.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 18668 of 2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the order of this Court was complied and charge sheet was been filed before the concerned Court on 05.02.2024.

3. Eventhough, there is a delay on the part of the respondent herein in complying the order, since final report has been filed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
