ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, seeking to direct the respondents to settle the earned leave surrender, leave on private affairs and special provident fund as per the sanction orders passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.0559/A1/2017 dated 17.05.2022 and K.Dis.No: 559/A1/2022 dated 17.06.2022 with interest at the rate of 18% with all the consequent benefits.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount of Rs.10,41,112/-, to which the petitioner is entitled has already been settled. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 2/4
